I'm Evan, a builder with a background in economics and business analytics at UC Santa Cruz and UC Davis. I work where company research, financial questions, and application development meet.
I turn scattered information into something useful: a report with sources, a repeatable data workflow, or an application whose results can be checked. My projects use AI where it helps and explicit rules where the result needs to be predictable.
